If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange. Kindly include details of the damage, along with photos or videos, to help us assist you quickly and efficiently. The exchange process will take time between 2-3 weeks.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Our swings are custom-made with care for each customer, and due to their personalised nature, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. This policy ensures every swing is crafted uniquely and delivered to the highest standard of quality.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a return.
Unboxing Video Required
We kindly ask all customers to record a video while unboxing their swing.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, it is mandatory to record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from the sealed package, capturing the entire unsealing process, and showing all items and their condition in detail.
This video also acts as essential proof to present to our courier partner in the rare case of damage during transit, ensuring a smooth exchange process.
